We have adopted a business as usual approach despite and implemented various practices and procedures recommended by www.health.gov.au and www.health.nsw.gov.au to ensure the safety of our clients and staff.
It is a challenging time for everyone, however, we are still able to assist you, if you would like to update your or prepare a new Will, Power of Attorney or Appointment of Enduring Guardian. Please do not allow COVID-19 to prevent you from keeping your affairs in order.
We have the ability to advise you and take your instructions remotely over the telephone, by email, via FaceTime, or on Skype or Zoom. If it is necessary for you to execute any documents, we are well placed to make suitable arrangements for you to do so. These systems are already being used in our day to day practice, to advise and keep in touch with our clients.
If you would like to make an appointment with one of our estate planning solicitors to discuss your wishes, please call our office (02 4928 7300) or visit our website (www.mullanelindsay.com.au).
