Cavelle is the Practice Group Leader of the Wills and Estates team.
Cavelle has a Bachelor of Laws and diploma of Legal Practice from the University of Newcastle together with a Bachelor of Arts.
Before Mullane & Lindsay, Cavelle worked at a national and international law firm, and brings with her experience in complex and bespoke estate planning, deceased estates and estate litigation.
She also has experience in commercial contracts and transactions such as share sale and purchase agreements, business and asset sales and acquisitions, shareholder agreements and subscription deeds, preparation of discretionary and unit trust deeds, corporate and business restructures, corporate governance and intellectual property matters.
Cavelle’s clients range from individuals to small to medium size enterprises. She is focused on client excellence by putting her clients first, and developing long term relationship with her clients.
