Lachlan is the Practice Group Leader of the Commercial and Business team.
Lachlan has a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Newcastle together with a Diploma of Legal practice from the College of Law in Sydney.
Lachlan’s clients range from individual business owners to large multinational corporations.
Lachlan’s practice areas are commercial transactions, commercial leases, business sales and purchases, commercial agreements, commercial contract disputes, debt collection, franchising and pharmacy law.
He also has experience in commercial litigation and, in particular, building and construction disputes and leasing litigation. Lachlan has appeared in the Local & District Courts as well as the NSW Civil & Administrative Tribunal.
Lachlan believes in a proactive approach to prevent legal disputes arising and achieving commercial solutions for his clients.
