Di Cooke

Di works within the Commercial, Business, Property Law group. 

Since joining the firm in 2007 as a junior legal assistant, Di has progressed to a paralegal and has now completed the Conveyancing Law and Practice course through Macquarie University to become a Licenced Conveyancer. In conjunction with her studies, Di has been able to build a wealth of practical experience and knowledge working alongside Robert Lindsay (Consultant) and Michael McGrath (Director) and has become an integral member of the team.

Di conducts a broad range of property related transactions including transfers of land, implementation of family court orders involving transfers of land, sale and purchase of residential and commercial properties and property development including 'off the plan' sales. In addition, Di assists with matters of a commercial nature such as commercial and retail leasing and the sale and purchase of businesses.

Di has a thorough understanding of electronic conveyancing and harbours a keen interest to utilise latest technologies to deliver an efficient, convenient and reliable service to her clients. Di believes that transparency and keeping clients well-informed throughout a transaction is paramount.
